5. The Treasurer’s Report including the Accounts for the year ending 30/09/15 (11 Month)

6. The Training Officer’s Report

7. The Equipment Officer’s Report

8. The Recruitment Officer’s Report

9. The membership secretary’s Report

10. The Election of Officers and Committee Members for the forthcoming yearAt this point in the Meeting, retiring Committee Members will step down from the Table and be replaced by new Committee Members.

The newly elected Chairman will invite Members to make comments to or ask any questions of the new Officers and Committee.
