AGM 2021

The AGM of the Stratford upon Avon BSAC will be held on Wednesday November 24th at the Stratford Football club and online via a conference call at 8pm.
The Agenda for this Meeting is:
1. Apologies for absence
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2020 AGM
3. The Chairman’s Report
4. The Diving Officer’s Report
5. The Treasurer’s Report
6. The Training Officer’s Report
7. Voting on any motions proposed (see motion proposed by the committee below)
8. The Election of Committee Members for the forthcoming year.
Members wishing to nominate another Member for election must:
i. Obtain that Member’s agreement to stand for office
ii. Obtain a Seconder for the nomination
iii. Obtain the nominated Member’s signature
iv. Submit the attached Nomination Form to Chris Butterfield (Secretary) no later than Wednesday November 17th.
The following Committee members are standing for re-election.

Equipment Officer – Jay Scott
Membership Officer – Natalie Gisbourne
Treasurer – Open position
Secretary – Open position
Recruitment Officer – Open position
Events Officer – Open Position
In the event that there is more than one nomination for any position, the nominees will be notified and asked to prepare a short Brief which will be circulated to all Members prior to the AGM and a vote will be called for by The Chairman.
In the event that there is only one nomination for any position, no vote will be taken, and the person proposed will automatically be elected unopposed.
9. Any Other Business.
The Chairman will invite Members to make comments to or ask questions of the new Committee. Members wishing to make any formal proposals regarding the constitution or running of the Club must submit these in writing to Chris Butterfield no later than Wednesday November 10th.
Please note that only current Members may attend and vote.
One motion has been proposed by the committee, and is attached below. The motion concerns changes to the Club’s bye-laws
