The club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 17 November 2022 at the Football Club.

At the AGM a new Committee will be elected. All posts are open to all current members. Please consider putting yourself forward—serving on the Committee is a great opportunity to support the club and give something back. Nominations must be sent to the Secretary, Simon Steed, no later than 3 November 2022, using this nomination form.

2. Approval of Minutes of the 2021 AGM
3. The Chairman’s Report
4. The Diving Officer’s Report
5. The Treasurer’s Report
6. The Training Officer’s Report
7. Voting on any motions proposed
8. The Election of Committee Members for the forthcoming year.Note: Members wishing to nominate another Member for election must:
   1. Obtain that Member’s agreement to stand for office
   2. Obtain a Seconder for the nomination
   3. Obtain the nominated Member’s signature
   4. Submit the attached Nomination Form to Simon Steed (Secretary) no later than Thursday November 3rd (2 weeks prior to the AGM).

   Any fully paid‐up Club member may stand for any office on the Committee. The following existing Committee members have expressed a desire remain on the committee in these offices:

   • Chis Hastie ‐ Diving Officer
   • Simon Steed ‐ Training Officer
   • Natalie Gisbourne‐Hanks ‐ Equipment Officer
   • Simon Watkins ‐ Treasurer
   • Angie Deaves ‐ Events Officer

   In the event that there is more than one nomination for any position, the nominees will be notified and asked to prepare a short Brief which will be circulated to all Members prior to the AGM and a vote will be called for by The Chairman.

   In the event that there is only one nomination for any position, no vote will be taken, and the person proposed will automatically be elected unopposed.

9. Any Other Business.

The Chairman will invite Members to make comments to or ask questions of the new Committee.

Members wishing to make any formal proposals regarding the constitution or running of the Club must submit these in writing/email to Simon Steed no later than noon on Thursday November 3 rd (2 weeks prior to the AGM).
